CT999 Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Platform Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and CT999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CT999 website, mobile experience and all associated services.

By accessing CT999 at ct999.plus, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, participating in a bingo session or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all services on CT999 including sports betting, live casino, the game lobby, bingo and the VIP programme.

CT999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use CT999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one CT999 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your mobile number, full name and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and login credentials.
• You must not share your account details with any other person, including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify CT999 support immediately.
• CT999 is not liable for losses that result from you sharing your login credentials or failing to secure your account.
• Account details including your registered mobile number and name must match your payment accounts (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank accounts) to ensure smooth deposits and withdrawals.

CT999 reserves the right to close any account that appears to have been registered fraudulently, or that has been used in violation of these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.

04 Deposits & Payments

CT999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for most methods. Bank Transfer has a minimum of PKR 1,000.
• CT999 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate from CT999's platform.
• Deposits from payment accounts in a third-party's name may be flagged and held pending identity review.
• CT999 reserves the right to request proof of deposit if a transaction cannot be automatically verified.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency, international payment platforms or methods not listed on the Deposit page are not supported and may not be credited.
• CT999 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times, network outages or scheduled maintenance windows on mobile wallet platforms.

05 Withdrawals

CT999 processes withdrawal requests in PKR to your registered payment accounts. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete account verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires a valid CNIC and confirmation that your payment accounts match your registered details.
• The withdrawal destination must be a JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked bank account or a Pakistan bank account registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and VIP level.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• CT999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of standard security checks.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within a few hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
• CT999 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider after a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

CT999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general rules below:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• CT999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if it determines the bonus was obtained through misuse, duplicate accounts or any form of bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Existing players who close and re-register accounts are not eligible for new player offers.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• CT999 may withdraw or modify any active promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already claimed before modification remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

07 Sports Betting Rules

CT999's sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other international sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on CT999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform, except where CT999 explicitly offers a cash-out option on a specific market.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you confirm the bet are the odds that apply to that bet.
• CT999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by corrupt activity, match manipulation, clear pricing errors or events that did not occur as scheduled.
• Accumulator bets that include one or more voided selections will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections. The stake does not change.
• For cricket matches — including PSL and T20 internationals — if a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other reasons, settled bets follow the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Where no official result is declared, bets may be voided.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. CT999 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end that result in a bet being placed at different odds than intended.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market and event. CT999 may adjust maximum limits on specific accounts at its discretion.

08 Casino & Game Rules

CT999's casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slot games and table game titles. The following rules apply:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by live dealer procedures. CT999 does not influence game outcomes.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final. If a technical disruption occurs mid-game and the round cannot be completed, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Completed rounds are not reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and table. These are displayed within the game interface before each round begins.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. CT999 provides game information and rules within each game interface.
• CT999's bingo section operates with scheduled daily sessions. Tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the session begins. Jackpot amounts are stated at the time of ticket purchase and are paid at the end of the session.
• CT999 reserves the right to remove or replace games in the game lobby at any time. Game availability may vary due to provider maintenance or licensing changes.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

CT999 maintains a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets or plays games without direct human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error may be reversed.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-style games or matched betting across accounts.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account limits or restrictions.
• Using CT999 for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards CT999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

CT999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Account found to be a duplicate of an existing CT999 account.
• Court order, legal obligation or instruction from a relevant authority.

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting CT999 support. Any real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment account upon closure, subject to completed verification.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. CT999 will communicate the reason for closure to the registered contact details on the account where it is legally appropriate to do so.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Responsible Gaming

• Any claim you raise against CT999 must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Nothing in these Terms limits CT999's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Changes to These Terms
